Practical Approach: The training program follows a 70% practical and 30% theoretical approach, providing ample opportunities for participants to apply their learning in real-world scenarios.
Small Group: To ensure effective supervision and personalized attention, each class accommodates a maximum of 16 participants.
Double Supervision: Proleads assigns two experienced coaches to each class, ensuring participants receive sufficient guidance and support throughout the program.
Homework: Participants are given homework after each session to assess their understanding and reinforce their learning.
Ongoing Support: Coaches remain available to guide and advise participants even after the 12-week training period, offering continuous support.
