The Beginning

A Problem Too Big to Ignore

Proleads was born from a simple but urgent observation: Haiti's most talented young people lacked not ambition, but structured pathways to succeed. Founders saw untapped potential everywhere — and decided to build the bridge.

Early Growth

First Cohorts, First Breakthroughs

Our inaugural cohorts proved the model. Participants launched businesses, secured funding, and — most importantly — started mentoring the next generation. Word spread. Demand grew. The movement took root.

Ariel Dorval

Founder | Entrepreneur | Community Coach

Ariel Dorval is a dynamic entrepreneur and internet marketer. He is the Co-founder and CEO of Gonaïves Manufacturing Company (GMC), a premier manufacturer of high-quality consumer and home goods in Gonaïves, Haiti. GMC is dedicated to creating sustainable jobs and reducing poverty through economic empowerment. Ariel is also the founder and CEO of Build You First, a platform designed to equip individuals with the skills, mindset, and tools needed to build successful online businesses and unlock their full potential. For nearly a decade, Ariel has served as a community coach through Prolead, mentoring hundreds of young people and entrepreneurs through leadership and culture-shifting training programs focused on breaking limiting habits and developing a success-oriented mindset.
