Proleads Story
Amidst the bustling streets of Gonaïves, a tale of transformation began—a tale of Proleads.
It sprouted from keen observations, a desire for better leadership, and a commitment to community upliftment.
The founders along with Beaver Brooks saw beyond the surface, delving into the heart of the economic struggles that shackled individuals and hindered progress.
Their journey kicked off with visual surveys of local businesses. The results spoke volumes—the customer service landscape was marred by frustration and inadequacy.
some burning questions emerged: What stands as an obstacle to businesses achieving success? why were employees disheartened? What were the invisible barriers preventing these eager minds from reaching their full potential? With curiosity as their guide, Proleads embarked on a journey to uncover the root causes of these Enigma: and offer tailored solutions.
Drawing on a canvas of hypotheses, Proleads aimed to sculpt a new reality. Their goal was ambitious: to furnish the forthcoming Marketplace of Gonaives with a fresh breed of employees—a tribe that embodied excellence in every facet of customer service.
But transformation is more than an idea—it's an art form. With unwavering dedication, the founders carved their hypotheses into a curriculum—a collection of 10 lessons that painted a broader, more nuanced perspective of the challenges at hand. The lessons were diverse and covered various topics spanning from the intricate workings of companies, starting a business, teamwork, responsibility, personal growth, and more.
Their approach wasn't textbook pedagogy; it was coaching. A symphony of guidance and empowerment conducted by mentors who saw beyond weaknesses, fostering strengths and turning stumbling blocks into stepping stones. The results were vivid—On April, 2017, marked the birth of "Pre-Employment Training, PET," and a cascade of testimonials flooded in, a living testament to Proleads' impact.
With change came evolution. The program transformed into "Solution Leadership Training Program, Prolead," a name that echoed the core philosophy—an emphasis on leadership and solutions. Armed with feedback from participants and fortified by their observations, Proleads meticulously redefined subjects, making them more robust and adaptable.
Time sailed on, and Proleads' influence expanded. The impact was no longer confined to individuals—it radiated through families, workplaces, the surrounding communities, the capital of the country, and so on. With an enterprising spirit, Proleads introduced "Proleads Entrepreneurship"—a nurturing ground for budding visionaries, a place where dreams were woven into entrepreneurial realities.
With a mission to equip, support and empower entrepreneurs, They bridged the gap between aspirations and financial constraints through "BK," which is a credit department in Proleads, dedicated to helping entrepreneurs access capital and vital financial resources for their businesses. with tailored credit solutions. They're crafting a bridge to prosperity.
Today, Proleads is more than a program; it is an organization—a beacon of hope and dreams permission named "PROLEADS, Promotor Of Solution Leadership." Their aspiration was boundless—to empower through training, coaching, and support. Their students were not just good employees; they influenced positively the lives around them. The community witnessed the metamorphosis firsthand—through the new lifestyle of Proleads participants, and going to Proleads' conferences, graduations, and stories that echoed with newfound empowerment.

In addition to his role at GMC, Ariel is also the founder and CEO of Build You First - a platform designed to equip individuals with the skills and mindset necessary to reach their full potential and build their dream online business.
Ariel has been a community coach for almost a decade and has mentored hundreds of young people through ProLead - a culture-shifting training program aimed at helping individuals and businesses break personal and cultural habits that are barriers to success. He is passionate about helping people discover their personal power and make a difference in other people's lives by creating a new paradigm and identity for themselves.
Ariel is happily married to Bergeline C. Dorval, who is also an incredible community coach and entrepreneur. With a bachelor's degree in law, he established the highly esteemed Hello Institute École Technique Et Professionnelle in Gonaives, Haiti in 2015. In the summer of 2021, Joemax embarked on a new chapter, joining the Salvation Army in Colorado, USA, where he immersed himself in American culture and honed his leadership skills.
His dedication extended to working with children, engaging them in various activities such as sports, leadership development, and sharing the gospel. Throughout his time at the Salvation Army, he traveled to different states, including Montana and Wyoming, to empower more young individuals. In 2022, Joemax ventured into the automotive industry, working with Honda.
Passionate about helping others, he inspires individuals to take transformative actions in their lives. His interests encompass human rights advocacy and business. Joemax fulfills the role of a social media manager at Proleads, continuing his mission to make a positive impact.
